Does the room have a balcony?
Yes. The room has a private balcony facing the ocean, and the floor-to-ceiling windows bring the same view inside. It is a good spot for morning coffee or watching the sunset over the Caribbean.
What is the bathroom like?
The en suite bathroom is stocked with designer toiletries, bathrobes and slippers, plus a hair dryer, soap, shampoo and plenty of towels. Daily housekeeping and an evening turndown service keep the room and bathroom fresh.
What is included with an Ocean View Room stay?
Kimpton Seafire is not an all-inclusive resort, so meals and drinks are paid for separately. The room includes free Wi-Fi at 50+ Mbps, a flat-screen TV with cable and premium channels, a safe, a minibar and 24-hour room service. The resort fee, which varies by source, is reported to cover valet parking, loaner bikes, non-motorized water sports, daily fitness classes, a complimentary evening wine hour and morning coffee. It also covers the kids' splash pad.
Is the Ocean View Room a good choice for families?
Yes. The resort is family-friendly. It has a kids' pool area and a splash pad, and Camp Seafire runs daily programs from 9am to 5pm for ages 5 to 12 (a registration fee applies). The room's two-queen layout gives a family of four a bed each, and a free crib is available for infants.
How far is the room from the beach, the pool and the restaurants?
Seven Mile Beach is the resort's home beach, about a 5-minute walk away. The pool, which has a pool bar and Nana Cabana, is on site. The on-site restaurants and bars include Ave, which overlooks the beach, plus Avecita, Coccoloba and Library by the Sea. Pool cabanas and beach cabanas carry a surcharge.
How do I get to Kimpton Seafire from the airport, and do I need a car?
Owen Roberts International Airport is roughly 10 to 15 minutes away by road. There is no complimentary shuttle, and taxis to Seven Mile Beach typically run around US$25–35. Because the resort is at the northern end of Seven Mile Beach, renting a car is recommended if you plan to explore. Valet or self-parking is included in the resort fee.
What else should I know before booking an Ocean View Room?
Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 PM, and the front desk is open 24 hours. The resort is smoke-free and pet-friendly, with no extra charge for pets. Payments are cashless, with major credit cards accepted. Breakfast is not automatically included on all rates.
