What does the Premium Oceanfront Room at Kimpton Seafire Resort + Spa look out on?
The room faces the sea. Floor-to-ceiling windows and a private balcony frame open Caribbean views. The resort sits at the northern end of Seven Mile Beach and is elevated above the shoreline, and most rooms are angled for sunset views.
How big is the Premium Oceanfront Room and what is the layout?
It measures 701 sq. ft. and is a one-bedroom room. It has a desk with a chair and a laptop workspace, a wardrobe or closet, and air conditioning. The private balcony sits along the ocean side.
What is the bathroom like?
The bathroom is separate and has a shower. It is stocked with designer toiletries, shampoo, soap, towels, bathrobes and slippers, plus a hair dryer. Turndown service is part of the stay.
Is this room a good choice for families?
Yes. Kimpton Seafire is family-friendly, with a kids' pool, a free splash pad called SPLASH, and the Camp Seafire kids' programme for ages 5 to 12. Camp Seafire runs daily from 9am to 5pm and requires a registration fee. Two queen beds suit parents with children or two couples travelling together.
What is included with my stay, and is the resort all-inclusive?
Kimpton Seafire is not all-inclusive. Guests receive free WiFi, valet parking with in-and-out privileges, loaner bikes, non-motorized water sports, daily fitness classes, a complimentary evening wine hour and morning coffee. A per-night resort fee applies. Meals are paid separately at the on-site restaurants and bars, or through 24-hour room service.
Where can I eat and swim, and how close is the beach?
Seven Mile Beach is about a 5-minute walk away. The outdoor pool is open 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM and has a pool bar and a children's area. On-site dining includes Ave, Avecita, Library by the Sea and Nana Cabana. Pool and beach cabanas carry a surcharge.
Can I bring my pet?
Yes. The resort is pet-friendly and welcomes pets of any size, weight or breed at no extra charge. Food and water bowls are provided, and the room is listed as pet friendly.
How do I get to the resort, and what are check-in times?
The resort is roughly 10 to 15 minutes from Owen Roberts International Airport. There is no complimentary local shuttle, and renting a car is recommended. Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 PM. The front desk is open 24 hours, and early check-in or late check-out may be possible for an additional cost.
